What gear should I bring to my first Muay Thai class?
You should bring normal gym clothes, a water bottle and towel, hand wraps (or you can purchase them at the gym), gloves and shin guards (or the gym may provide them, but it is recommended to get your own eventually), and a mouth guard for sparring (which is optional in beginner classes).

What should I expect in a Muay Thai class?
A typical Muay Thai class will include a warm-up (skipping rope most of time), Muay Thai drills (combo of punches, kicks, elbows, knees, sweeps etc.), light sparring (in All levels), pad work, and finish with core conditioning and stretching.

Do I need any experience to start training Muay Thai?
No, you do not need any experience to start training Muay Thai. Our classes (incl. Fundamentals and All Levels) are designed for all skill levels. Our trainers will start you with the basics and gradually progress your training as you improve.

Do you offer any free trial classes?
Yes, we offer a free trial class to all new students. This is a great way to try out our Muay Thai class and see if it is right for you.
To sign up for your free trial class, simply sign up online, or contact us, or visit us in person. We look forward to seeing you on the mats!

How much does it cost to train at your gym?

How do I sign up?
You can sign up for free trial or membership or single class online or in person at the gym.
Casual pass (10-class pass and weekly pass) is only available in person at the gym currently.

Do I need to book for a class?
Yes, you are required to reserve your spot in class at least 30 minutes before the class starts. We limit our class size to ensure that all of our students receive the highest quality of instruction and practice.
To book a class, simply login to your GymMaster account via MemberPortal.
Please note that walk-ins will be accommodated on a space-available basis only.

How do I book for a class?
To book a class, simply follow these steps:
Log in to your GymMaster account via MemberPortal.
Click on the "Book Classes" button.
Find the class you want to attend and click on the "Book Now" button.
Confirm your booking by clicking on the "Confirm Booking" button.
You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

How do I check in to a class?
You are required to check-in to the class before it starts.
To check-in to the class, simply follow these steps:
Log in to your GymMaster account via MemberPortal.
Click on the ‘Scan‘ tab on the top and scan the QR code at the reception of the gym.
You will be checked in to the class and your attendance will be recorded.

Can I cancel a class booking?
Yes, you may cancel your booking anytime up to 30 minutes before the class starts.
To cancel your booking, simply follow these steps:
Log in to your GymMaster account via MemberPortal.
Find the class you want to cancel under the ‘My Upcoming Classes‘ section and click on the "Cancel" button.
Confirm your cancellation by clicking on the "Confirm Cancellation" button.
Please note that if you cancel your booking less than 30 minutes before the class starts, you will forfeit the session or be charged a no-show penalty if you have a membership.

How do I cancel my membership?
Membership cancellation is subject to a 4-week notice period (see here for details).
You can submit your cancellation request in one of the following ways:
Online: Log in to your GymMaster account via MemberPortal and submit your cancellation request under the "Memberships" from the sidebar menu.
Email: Send an email to [email protected] with your name, membership number, the reason for your request, and the date you would like your membership to be canceled.
In person: Visit us at the gym and speak to one of our staff.

How do I freeze my membership?
Membership freeze is subject to minimum of 2-week notice period for up to a 4-week period (see here for details). Special considerations may be made for members who are injured or unable to attend the gym for medical reasons.
You can submit your membership on-hold request in one of the following ways:
Email: Send an email to [email protected] with your name, membership number, on hold reason, and the start date and end date you would like your membership to be on hold.
In person: Visit us at the gym and speak to one of our staff.
