Muay Thai Beignners

Perfect for those new to Muay Thai or anyone wanting to learn the basics.

What to expect:

  • Warm-up

  • Shadow boxing

  • Simple drills

  • Padwork

Develop basic techniques — stance, punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, while improving coordination and fitness in a beginner-friendly environment.

What to bring: Hand wraps, gloves, shin guards (optional).

Muay Thai Fundamentals

For those with 1+ month of Muay Thai experience, or looking to strengthen their foundation.

What to expect:

  • Warm-up

  • Technical drills

  • Padwork

  • Sometimes, beginner sparring (e.g., kick sparring)

Improve your techniques, defenses, and counters while boosting your cardio, strength, and fight IQ.

What to bring: Hand wraps, gloves, shin guards.

Clinching & Sparring

For members with at least 6 months of Muay Thai experience, looking to develop clinching techniques and sparring skills.

What to expect:

  • Clinching drills

  • Sparring in a controlled environment,

  • Padwork and core exercises

Level up your clinching, sparring strategies, and timing in live practice — a challenging and rewarding way to improve your skills.

What to bring: Hand wraps, 16 oz gloves, shin guards and mouth guard.

Kids Class

A fun and engaging class designed for kids aged 8 - 15, introducing them to the basics of Muay Thai in a safe and supervised environment.

What to expect:

  • Warm-up exercises, running, and jumping to build strength and stamina

  • Basic techniques with light padwork in a safe, controlled way

  • Strength exercises: sit-ups, squats, and agility drills to improve fitness

  • Fun activities that encourage teamwork, respect, and self-discipline

What to bring: Hand wraps, gloves.

Boxing All Levels

Open to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced boxers, looking to improve boxing technique and fitness.

What to expect:

  • Warm-up

  • Boxing drills

  • Padwork

  • Light sparring once a week

This class enhances your boxing technique, strength, speed, and endurance, pushing your limits while building confidence and fitness in a supportive environment.
